{January 8, 2013}   That near Fatal Bus Trip in 2005′

On that year of 2005′ I was asked to take a bus into the Spring Carnival at Flemington when it finished to help get some of those home that had long waiting ques, the company asked for each person to pay just $10- each ,however 3 of those young males refused to pay but still remained on board I headed straight for the city to get out of the kayo tic mess of traffic it was during this trip that one of the blokes who would not pay kicked and removed a flat screen television monitor out of one of the back seats ,all seats had them I was unaware of the damage he had done and thought he had mealy kicked the back seat in anger because the bus had been turned around at one stage from different people wanting to go different places my responsibility was for the bus and its passengers to have a safe journey nobody bothered to come forward and tell myself or my college collecting the money of the extent of the damage back behind us although I knew where the trouble maker was seated I was asked to stop at one point for some girls who needed toilets and stepped out from the drivers seat for approx 2 mins where I was confronted by this same male thinking he could take over the bus,I stood in his way and said No Way then proceeded to sit in the drivers seat ,much to my horror he stepped off the bus at the Crown Casino where he had the Flat Screen TV monitor under his suit coat ,but I found his calling card meaning business card later on the floor of the damaged seat as it had fallen out of his coat when he had wrapped the TV monitor in it,a couple of days went by and I rang him to let him know that I could still have him charged if I wished as he would have put the passengers not only under threat of causing much more damage if he had have taken over the bus ,but he certainly had already caused the rest of the passengers much stress because they were to afraid to speak up about what he had done –Quote there was no way that he knew the first thing about any bus let alone attempt to drive it ,and his attitude was that I cant charge him as he had every right to do the things he did ,I would be happy to still charge this bloke years down the track for the damage he caused but would also like to see members of the public who were on that bus come forward with support to the matter. You ow this to society, because what I am seeing is that the generation of today will say anything and make up any story to get themselves out of trouble like the latest young bloke that was responsible for the death in Rye Victoria of another male ,he summed it up when he made the statement –Quote-this is what we are here for ;many of these events where death of another person has occurred has been continuing since the senseless death of the cricketer David Hook’s ,I have seen the stories of made up fragmentation from our youth of today especially when I was in Security and they all believe that they can get away with continually doing the wrong things as long as anyone is willing to listen to there absolute bullshit stories;well I know our jails are full but kids who take the innocent lives of others must be given discipline of serving time with hardened criminals and a stint at boot-camp they would surely learn something their action’s in my mind isImage pre-meditated murder and the courts are letting these blokes go — Security Guards in particular commit to a duty of care ,they have no obligation to walk out into a car park and smash someone in the face once a trouble maker has left a building it is no longer the responsibility of a Security Guard to pursue them and what fascinates me even more is that there are many Security Guards posted in any one place how come it takes sometimes as many as 1 and up to 6 or even more to pursue one person without hurting them and it’s the same as the public there is no more one on one the odds are 6 to one person this is weak pack mentality at it’s best–Where are the Men of today surely they are not all gone.
